S & R Construction

S&R Construction has been in the building industry for more than 30 years, starting with an interior trim company which still does custom trim work and built-ins for other builders in Wake, Durham, Johnston and Franklin County and have built upscale homes in neighborhoods such as Bradford Estates and Arranglen.

S&R Construction is owned and operated by Susan and Roger Matney. They are a husband and wife team, dedicated to building a home of value and quality. Roger, with his years of hands-on experience and Susan with a degree in design and space planning, take great pride in paying attention to the smallest detail, making their homes unique in today’s market.

Susan and Roger’s on site personal involvement throughout each step of the building process, long standing relationships with sub-contractors, focus on craftsmanship and an understanding of their clients needs, brings a well-built home to the market, which homeowners can take great pride in.
