Tessinear Builders, LLC

Tessinear Builders was founded in 2003 and focuses on building quality, custom homes in Eastern Wake County.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, the owner, Keith Tessinear, began studying numerous aspects of new home construction.  Keith is a “hands-on” builder who provides professional, daily supervision of all facets of construction.  His wife, Jessica, assists Keith in support with various portions of the business, and with home style and selection.  The Tessinear family has strong ties in Eastern Wake County and a long history of small business ownership in the area.  We pride ourselves on quality, affordability, reputation, integrity and honesty. 

Tessinear Builders constructs each home with the finest quality materials.  We offer many features others would call upgrades and take great pride in using name brand items making every home as energy efficient and functional as possible.  With Tessinear Builders, the homebuyer gets a quality, custom built home and excellent customer service.   Keith accomplishes this by surrounding himself with quality people who are experts in their field and who take great pride in their work.
